Rate Adjustment From January 1st, 2026 prices will change for the following:

60min = 130$ incl GST

90min/ Initial Visit = 180 plus GST

For new clients:

• I currently don’t take any new clients until June 2026

•If you would like to be a new client please send me an email and don’t set yourself on my waitlist or book a follow- up appointment,

•90min follow-up appointments are only book-able for clients that have consulted with me first if taht is a good option for them. If you are interested in them please talk to me at your next appointment!

•If you are booking a treatment for a newborn/ under 6months, please contact me via SMS so I can try to book you in earlier

Osteopathic Manual Therapy

An osteopathic approach to assessment and treatment of soft tissue, joints and viscera for the purpose of prevention and/or rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunction, injury and pain.

Stephanie Schaub
(She/Her/Hers) DOMP

Stephanie is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) and has obtained her diploma in a 4 year programm from the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. Besides working on humans, she is also a certified Equine Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and is in addition trained in Kinesiology Taping, Acupuncture massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Breuss Massage and the Dorn Method.

In her personal life Stephanie spends a lot of time outside with her animals and her young daughter. She loves traveling, enjoying the outdoors and exploring beautiful BC which she calls home since 2010.
